On October 20th, Stephen Lecce, Ontario’s Minister of Education joined Sheref Sabawy, MPP for Mississauga-Erin Mills; Amarjot Sandhu, MPP for Brampton West, and Peel Region Chair, for the grand opening of Lullaboo Nursery and Childcare in Brampton. The Minister delivered remarks and met with staff and parents and children.
“We made history by opening Canada’s largest child care centre, supporting hundreds of children across the GTA. Our government understands how critically important affordable child care is to working families, with child care fees already reduced by 50 per cent under our Progressive Conservative Government,” said Minister Lecce. “I was proud to cut the ribbon at Lullaboo, a big win for parents, especially mothers, who no longer need to choose between working and raising their kids.”
