On Friday, March 4, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan gave over 500 packs of free rapid test kits to the King Township Food Bank. The donated rapid tests will be given to single parent families in King Township as an added layer of protection.
Director of Operations, Gary Vogan, and Director at Large, Geoffrey Simpson, dropped by the MPP Stephen Lecce’s office to pick up the box of rapid test kits.
“The King Township Food Bank never stops working, driven by hard working volunteers like Gary and Geoffrey,” said Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan. “I am pleased our government can partner with them to extend free rapid tests for nearly 100 families in need.”
