On June 22nd, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan and Minister of Energy and Electrification, spoke at the annual HydroOne Grid Games in Vaughan, attended by 2,000 energy workers and their families.
"My worlds collided as hundreds of energy workers came to Vaughan for the 'Grid Games' -- HydroOne's annual family appreciation day," said MPP Lecce. "I thanked this hard-working team for keeping the lights on 24/7, and reaffirmed our government's commitment to generate more clean, reliable, and affordable energy for families and seniors. I also promised workers that our government will continue to oppose the carbon tax on Ontario families."
