PHOTO RELEASE: MPP Lecce Runs in Support of Strides for Seniors

On September 28th, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King--Vaughan, was joined by Team Lecce at the annual Strides for Seniors in support of UniversalCare and CHATS. The $1.6 million raised this year will go towards the construction of York Region's First Residential Respite Dementia Care Centre. 

"We ran for our grandparents -- for the seniors who helped build our country and sacrificed for our families," said MPP Lecce. "A historic achievement as we raised over $1.6 million to build the first ever residential respite dementia care centre in the region. Big thanks to Team Lecce for rallying and to the Strides Team for an awesome morning!"
