Photo Release: MPP Lecce joins b2Bpreneur Workshop

On April 23rd, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan and Ontario’s Minister of Education, attended a b2Bpreneur workshop on entrepreneurism at 7250 Keele Street in Vaughan. Minister Lecce discussed the government’s actions to update the curriculum and create digitally-connected, emotionally intelligent, and financially literate students who are ready to meet the challenge of today’s and tomorrow’s economy.

“Thanks to B2Bpreneur for hosting today’s workshop that is teaching these kids to start and scale a business in Canada, and creating a next generation of Canadian entrepreneurs,” said Minister Lecce. “Our government strongly supports this type of practical, hands-on learning that inspires young people to dream big. That is why financial literacy, coding, and personal budgeting is now mandatory in Ontario's curriculum -- critical to building personally responsible citizens."
