On November 24th, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, attended the annual King Fire and Emergency Services Appreciation Lunch. MPP Lecce provided congratulatory certificates and Ontario flags from Queen's Park to members of the service.
"These firefighters have left a legacy as inspiring role models for our young kids — and I can say that, without a doubt, King Fire stands out as the best fire service in our province and country," said MPP Lecce. "And to Chief Wall, thank you for your leadership and for being a rock in this community by putting your hand up and extending your arms out to everyone. Wishing you a well-deserved retirement, and thank you for your service.”
