On March 13th, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan, joined local families and the York Regional Police for a round of road tennis! This event, hosted by the YMCA and the YRP, provided an opportunity for families and children to connect with the police officers serving their community. MPP Lecce delivered a congratulatory certificate to the YRP.
“The York Regional Police provides an essential service for our community by keeping our streets safe,” said MPP Lecce. “I thank the YMCA and the YRP for promoting good physical and mental health, and for creating this unique opportunity for local children to connect with the brave men and women who work tirelessly to protect our community.”
