Photo Release - MPP Lecce attends Fiesta Extravaganza 2023

On July 8th, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan, attended the opening ceremony for the FIESTA EXTRAVAGANZA 2023, also known as “A Festival of Smiles,” in Thornhill. Organized by Vaughan Fiesta Extravaganza and the Filipino Canadian Association of Vaughan, the annual summer event celebrates Filipino heritage in Ontario and across the country.

“Filipino Canadians are an essential part of Ontario’s multicultural mosaic, and they have made incredible contributions to the social and economic fabric of our province,” said MPP Lecce. “I thank Vaughan Fiesta Extravaganza and the Filipino Canadian Association of Vaughan for all of their hard work organizing a fun, and friendly event that celebrates the many achievements of Ontario’s Filipino community.”
