Stephen Lecce, the MPP for King-Vaughan hosted his annual “Celebrating Inspiring Women” event at his constituency office in King, ON, to mark International Women’s Day on Tuesday, March 8th. MPP Lecce was proud to host Jill Dunlop, Minister of Colleges and Universities, and Anna Roberts, the MP for King-Vaughan, and other distinguished women who are leaders in non-profit, business, and the community.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate the strong, selfless, and inspiring women who positively contribute to our community and country.
“International Women’s Day is all about empowering young women to achieve their full potential, and celebrating those who make our community and our country better places to live, work and raise a family,” said MPP Lecce. “It is always wonderful to bring these leaders together at my annual International Women’s Day celebration, where we honour those women leaders in our community who inspire us.”
