MPP Lecce Sponsors Kleinburg Tree Lighting

On December 7, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, attended the Kleinburg Tree Lighting in the heart of Kleinburg that he sponsored. MPP Lecce played an essential role in rescuing the Kleinburg Tree Lighting after the event was cancelled earlier in the year.

"As I've done every year since being elected, I sponsored Kleinburg for one reason alone: in a crazy and ever divided world, we need to keep the magic of Christmas alive for the kids," said MPP Lecce. "When the Kleinburg Tree Lighting was at risk of being cancelled, I jumped into action and called Hospice Vaughan to ask if they would team up to keep the magic alive. They hosted a beautiful evening in our historic village, with an incredible turnout of families supporting a wonderful charity. This is the Christmas spirit at its best."
