On May 26, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, hosted students from ANCHOR Canada's Black Student Alliance at Queen's Park for Question Period and a reception in the Speaker's Library. ANCHOR is a community organization that empowers black youth in York Region.

"I had the privilege of welcoming these bright, young students to the seat of Ontario's democracy," said MPP Lecce. "I thanked the students and staff at ANCHOR Canada on behalf of the Ontario government for their leadership in our community—and reminded them that if they work hard, they can do anything."
