MPP Lecce Congratulates Chartwell Valley Vista Resident on her 102nd Birthday

On November 14, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, stopped by Chartwell Valley Vista to congratulate resident Michelina Iacboellis on her 102nd birthday.
