MPP Lecce Attends Menorah Lightings in Kleinburg and King City

On December 17 and 18, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, joined the local Jewish communities in Kleinburg and King City to celebrate Hanukkah. MPP Lecce attended the Menorah Lightings hosted by Chabad of Woodbridge in Kleinburg, and Rabbi Shanowitz in King City.

"It is said that light represents the enduring spirit of those we have lost." said MPP Lecce. "In the darkness, it gives so many comfort that we can embrace our common humanity and share list with those we love. The Jewish people are known for their perseverance, so in the aftermath of the terror attack in Sydney, I  want to wish the Jewish communities in Kleinburg and King City a Chag Sameach, and pray with them for 'Yamim  Yoter Tovim' (better days)"
