PHOTO RELEASE: MPP Lecce hosts Italian Heritage Month celebration at a local retirement residence

On June 14th, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King-Vaughan surprised the residents of the Valley Vista Retirement Residence with an Italian Heritage Month cake and celebration, along with special guest Minister Michael Ford. 

"It was wonderful to spend the afternoon celebrating Italian Heritage Month with our amazing seniors, many of whom have called Canada their home for decades," said MPP Lecce. "These seniors worked hard to build Canada – a testament to the unmatched work ethic and perseverance that we recognise this Italian Heritage Month."
