MPP Lecce Joins Community for Iran Flag Raising

On January 29, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, joined Vaughan Mayor Steven Del Duca and Vaughan Council to raise the Lion and Sun Iranian Flag at City Hall in solidarity with the Iranian Peoples' fight for freedom. MPP Lecce was joined by Michael Parsa, MPP for Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill and staunch advocate for the Iranian community.

"Vaughan stands united for a Free Iran," said MPP Lecce. "Thank you to Mayor Del Duca for your leadership in raising the Lion and Sun Flag, and to Michael Parsa for inspiring the community to never give up until freedom prevails. This brutal regime's days are numbered."
