MPP Lecce Joins Community for Ceremonial Puck Drop at JCC Warriors Kiddush Cup

On March 29, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan, attended the opening ceremony of the JCC Warriors' Kiddush Cup where he participated in the ceremonial puck drop at the Honey and Barry Sherman Memorial Arena. The Kiddush Cup is the JCC Warriors’ House League Championship Day bringing together families, coaches, and community members for a season-ending round of hockey. 

"As the Jewish community faces difficult moments, it was great to see these kids put their best foot forward and give it their all on the ice," said MPP Lecce. "Thank you to the JCC Warriors for putting on an exciting championship — and for uniting families through sport and community, now more than ever."
