On June 22, Stephen Lecce, MPP for King—Vaughan and Minister of Energy and Mines, delivered a keynote address at the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce Future of Energy Forum.

"We laid out our government's bold vision for the province's energy future, as Ontario's energy demand is set to skyrocket by 75% over the next 25 years," said Minister Lecce. "We're building for future generations using Ontario's clean nuclear advantage: building made-in-Canada nuclear, on-time and on-budget, while also building the first Small Modular Reactor in the G7, all together creating 150,000 good paying jobs for our kids and grandkids."
